Millions of people across more than 80 countries will unite on Saturday, April 26, 2025, for World Tai Chi and QiGong Day, creating a powerful “healing wave” that will spread across the planet. In the metro area you can join in at Broomfield’s Anthem Park starting at 9 a.m. This global event promotes health, wellness, and a deep sense of community.
Participants can enjoy demonstrations from a variety of schools in the area. Take part in guided Tai Chi and QiGong sessions and try playful guided push hands.

Opening
9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

Gong Played – One Breath… One World
